Einige Assoziationen zu Kultur und Konzept in der TZI

Angelika Rubner, Eike Rubner | Zeitschrift: 2016/2

What we associate with Culture and Concept in TCI

In this article, the interaction between nature, culture and concept is reflected on and related to TCI. The specific influences of nature and culture on the model and concept of TCI are examined. In particular, the difference between TCI models and concepts is explained, alongside an illustration of how the TCI four factor model, thanks to the principle of dynamic balance, becomes the concept of TCI itself: by offering occasions to act as well as guidance on how to act.
