Interview mit Georg Engel, Wie entstand der Claim des RCI „The Art of Leading”?

Wir waren in der Redaktion neugierig darauf, wie es eigentlich zu der TZI-Leitidee „the art of leading“ gekommen war, die seit ein paar Jahren auf allen gedruckten Erzeugnissen des RCI-International erscheint.Wir unterhielten uns dafür per Skype mit Georg Engel, einem Wiener Unternehmensberater, der von 2011 bis 2014 vom RCI-Österreich eingeladen worden war, sich an Beratungen des RCI-International bezüglich der Außenwirkung der TZI zu beteiligen. Georg Engel erlebte sozusagen live die Geburtsstunde dieses Mottos mit. Das Gespräch führte Walter Zitterbarth.

An interview with Georg Engel, How did RCI stake its claim to “The Art of Leading“?

The editing committee was curious about the origins of the TCI- motto “the art of leading”, to be seen on all of RCI’s correspondence and printed material for several years now. In a conference call via skype, we had the opportunity to talk to Georg Engel, a Vienna business consultant, who was invited at the time by RCI- Austria to participate in consultations at RCI-International with respect to the external image of TCI, so that he witnessed the birth of this motto.
